Submitting an appeal
If you disagree with the appraisal value of your home or commercial property, or the amount of the waste collection levies, sanitation and water treatment fees or advertising tax, then you can submit an appeal using the form below.
Please note: you must still pay the tax assessment even if you submit an appeal. However, you may ask to pay the part of the tax assessment that you are appealing at a later date. This is referred to as a request for deferral. You will then receive a letter of confirmation if your request for deferral is approved.
