- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Visits to the Service Centre are by appointment only. Please make an appointment online.
You do not need to make an appointment to collect travel documents or view documents. Visit us during the opening hours listed at the bottom of this page.
